Do you workout with a made up face?


According to dermatologist and four time marathoner Dr. Elizabeth Hale, during exercise pores open up and let in makeup and dirt on our skin.  This is a recipe for blemishes and breakouts.  

To keep your face in good shape while you shape up your body, she recommends washing your face before and after workouts.  When pressed for time, a facial cleaning towelette will do the trick.
