Description
TempleCare Cooking – The Class is a fun and informative cooking party where you get experience making meals that are good to you and good for you.
Small group interactive classes and remote learning opportunities are available.
Momma was right – breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
A healthy breakfast boosts mental and physical performance and numerous studies show that it aids weight control. Studies also indicate that only 1/3 of Americans regularly eat breakfast and many of those first meals of the day can’t be labelled healthy or nutritious.
We can do better.
In Breakfast of Champions, participants will:
- discuss the benefits of eating a healthy breakfast
- identify pitfalls that make having a nutritious breakfast daily a challenge
- explore a week’s worth of fast and easy breakfast meal ideas (with variations)
- get hands on experience creating a selection of the meal ideas
- enjoy the results of their learning (a delicious and nutritious breakfast/brunch)
Participants will receive class notes, (including background information, methods, and additional recipes), all ingredients equipment & a full meal.
