Consistency Club

 

Movement, activity, (dare we use the word… exercise) performed consistently, is medicine that can help much of what ails people today.

Founded by a health coach and running coach, the Consistency Club is waging war on inactivity. It is time to say “bye” and leave perpetual good intentions, weekend warriorism and start-stop-itus behind. Beyond a single race or virtual event, the Consistency Club is a national community that promotes, supports and rewards consistency. Club members are encouraged, rooted on and celebrated as they:

  • define the goal at their personal finish line (improved health, better fitness, increased endurance, a new PR…)
  • get and keep moving towards it (to the tune of 100 or more miles per month)

The club provides camaraderie, accountability and great bling to members moving to improve themselves. Participation also helps others as a portion of proceeds will be donated to national organizations supporting prevention, education, advocacy and research for diabetes, cancer and heart disease.
