The past few weeks I’ve gone a bit loosey goosey with sweet treats.  Led to get my sweet tooth under control before it gets out of control, I’m cutting refined sugar to kill the sweet craving. Natural sugars only for a bit.

These daily posts show everything I eat and drink (excluding all the water).  This transparency brings accountability to me and hopefully a few simple meatless meal ideas for you.

Our parish cancelled school today, so my kid crew and I spent the day in the streets.  Everything sans dinner was grab and go.
